Production & Quality
Standard production typically takes 15–30 days depending on order quantity, packaging complexity and production requirements. Rush production may be available for selected projects.
We implement quality control throughout the production process, including raw material inspection, production inspection and finished product inspection.
Yes. Finished products are inspected before shipment to ensure they meet the approved specifications and quality requirements.
Yes. Our manufacturing facilities are designed to support both small-batch sampling and large-scale production. Our current production capacity is up to approximately 1.5 million pieces per month.
Rush production may be available depending on the product, quantity and current production schedule. Please contact our team before placing the order so we can evaluate the required timeline.
Shipping & Delivery
Yes. We support international shipping and can coordinate delivery based on your destination and order requirements.
Depending on the order and destination, shipping options may include sea freight, air freight and express delivery.
Yes. We can coordinate delivery to your designated warehouse or shipping address based on the agreed shipping terms.
Yes. If you have a preferred freight forwarder, we can coordinate with them for shipment arrangements.
Yes. Door-to-door delivery can be arranged for selected destinations and shipping terms.
Shipping & Delivery
Payment terms depend on the order value, production requirements and cooperation terms. Our sales team will confirm the payment schedule before production begins.
Production begins after the packaging specifications, artwork, sample approval and payment terms have been confirmed.
Yes. We keep the approved packaging specifications and production details for repeat orders, making future reorders more efficient.
If you identify a quality issue, please contact our team as soon as possible and provide photos or videos of the affected products. Our QC team will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate solution.
